If you're feeling overwhelmed, unhappy, stressed, anxious or confused, seeing one of our therapists is a great way to build mental resilience and develop key coping mechanisms. Whilst challenges can be part of our everyday life, talking with a psychologist can help make sense of what is happening so you can navigate your way through these times.

Our Services

We've tailored the services at RWA Psychology - Family Matters to all age groups from young children to adolescents and adults - and we engage in crisis, short/medium term counselling and longer term psychotherapy.

Group Sessions

Group therapy helps you realise you’re not alone. our group sessions offer participants a support network and allow people to come together, under the leadership of a trained group therapist, to work on improving their lives in one way or another.

Why See A Psychologist?

Life experiences such as new or ending relationships, adjustment to parenting, grief and loss or workplace stress can be challenging to deal with. There may be issues from your past that are difficult to move beyond or feelings of anxiety that are concerning you.
